This program can help you develop greater self-awareness and emotional resilience, enabling you to better manage stress, anxiety, and other challenging emotions with greater clarity and composure.

This educational series consists of 8, one hour weekly sessions in an online group (12 person limit) format. Each week participants will be given:
Weekly session notes, handouts, inspirational quotes, and homework suggestions.

• What stress is and how it effects the body, mind, mood and well-being.
*What Mindfulness is.
• How to develop a daily meditation practice.
• Mindfulness approaches to manage thoughts and emotions.
• Benefits of mindfulness and self-compassion practices.
• How to thoughtfully respond, and not impulsively react to stress.
• How to incorporate loving-kindness and self-compassion practices into one’s life.
• Tools to cope with self-criticism and negative thinking.
• Informal meditation practices.
• The 5 components to the attitudinal foundation of a mindfulness practice.
* How to better understand your thoughts and how to manage them.
• How to practice mindful eating.
*Simple & concrete tools to diminish daily stress.
• A variety of other tools such as the STOP and RAIN techniques, Mismatch etc.
* And much more!
Participants will be given a list of resources (books, websites, magazines) and instructions for a lifetime of continued practice.
• Fee: $400.00 for the complete educational program.
